To guarantee the authenticity of SAAD AL HASHEMI products, we advise you to consult and make your purchases on the official website www.saadalhashemi.com or in authorized sales outlets.
We cannot guarantee the authenticity of products available on other stores or e-commerce platforms.
No returns or refunds can be made by SAAD AL HASHEMI customer service for products purchased outside the official website.
Once your order has been confirmed, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check that it is not in your spam folder and contact customer service if necessary.
To retrieve your invoice, click on "Login" at the top left of the site and log in to your customer account.
Click on the "Orders" tab. A new page will open, showing your order details such as date, amount and status.
Click on "View" on the right of the screen.
This will take you to the "Invoice" tab. If necessary, contact our Customer Service department via the contact section of the saadalhashemi.com website.
If, despite our vigilance, a product ordered is no longer available when the order is dispatched, you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. This notification may be sent at any time between order validation and delivery. You will initially receive the available products in your order. For unavailable products, you will have the option of :
- or to receive the missing product at a later date upon receipt of stock,
- or to request a refund of the said product.
If you do not reply within 3 days of contacting Customer Service, the order will automatically be sent with available products only, and the unavailable product will be refunded.
Delivery
We process and prepare orders Monday through Friday. Your order will be prepared within 24 to 48 hours (business days).
In addition to this processing time, delivery times vary depending on the carrier you choose (Colissimo France, Colissimo International Europe, DHL, UPS, and FEDEX).
Rates depend on the delivery method you select:
- Colissimo France: 3 to 5 business days
- Colissimo International: 3 to 5 business days
- DHL Express: 2 days

Once your order has been prepared, it will be dispatched to the delivery address you provided when you placed your order.
An e-mail will automatically be sent to you when your order is dispatched.
If you haven't received your order, please contact our Customer Service team via the Contact Us section.
Returns policy
- The product must not have been opened and must be returned in its original packaging. It must be sealed.
- If you have received a gift with your order, please enclose it with your parcel.
- Elixirs and any other unsealed products cannot be returned, as they are intended for immediate consumption.
The customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to return all or part of the order, enclosing the return slip, to the following address: SAAD AL HASHEMI 65 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris.
The product must not have been opened and must be returned in its original packaging.
The delivery slip and the return form must be included and completed. They will be sent to you by customer service upon request, free of charge.
In accordance with the provisions of article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer, to return the product(s) ordered which do not satisfy him/her.
The refund will be made to the account debited at the time of the order, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products by the seller, provided that you have returned the products in their original condition to the address indicated on the return slip within 30 days of receipt of the order.
However, the seller may postpone the refund until the products have been collected or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first and subject to compliance with the conditions set out above. The seller will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment that the customer used for the initial transaction. In any event, this refund will not incur any costs for the customer. You will receive an e-mail notification of your refund from our Customer Service team.

All SAAD AL HASHEMI products are developed in compliance with IFRA standards and are tested to limit the risk of allergies.
Due to regulations governing the perfume industry to ensure consumer safety and the preservation of species, fragrances are subject to periodic modification. Our fragrances are no exception to this rule:
certain materials affected by this legislation are replaced by products of equivalent quality. This operation is carried out by highly specialized experts and in no way alters the creative and olfactory quality of SAAD AL HASHEMI fragrances. Like their creator, they remain authentic.
SAAD AL HASHEMI products are not tested on animals. Such tests are prohibited in Europe.
Perfumes are made in France and Switzerland.
Incense products are made in Qatar, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, India and the Sultanate of Oman.
Our products are stable for more than 30 months and therefore do not have an expiry date.
Only products that are not stable for more than 3 months must have an expiry date. This period is regulated by European law.
Each packaging also features a symbol representing the period during which the product can be used after opening.
The manufacturing plants are not open to visitors for reasons of confidentiality and security.
A fragrance's staying power depends on its olfactory identity.
Notes can be persistent or lighter and more volatile.
The power of a fragrance also determines the perception of staying power or sillage.
Payments and security
Payment is made on the site, at the time of ordering, and only by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bancontact (Belgium)) or PayPal. All other payment methods will be refused.
The SAAD AL HASHEMI website uses HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure), a security protocol designed to encrypt information exchanged between different websites in order to secure data transfers. HTTPS has been the standard used on all e-commerce sites worldwide for many years.
We also use the 3D SECURE standard. This is a cardholder authentication procedure, to ensure that the person placing the order is the same person making the payment on the Internet. Only Visa and MasterCard "CB" payment cards benefit from this security.
