CONDITIONS OF USE FOR CONSUMER REVIEWS ON THE SAAD AL HASHEMI WEBSITE

1 - Administration 

Saad Al Hashemi has asked a trusted third-party partner to administer the reviews of Saad Al Hashemi's community of testers.

This service provider guarantees the authenticity and impartiality of our customers' reviews.

2 - How to submit a review

To post a review, Site visitors simply need to go to the product sheet for the product concerned on the Site. Reviews are moderated in accordance with the aforementioned rules.

Any visitor to the Site may leave opinions, suggestions or recommendations on the products or services offered by Saad Al Hashemi and marketed on the Site, accompanied by a rating in the form of stars (from one to five stars, five being the best rating).

3 - Testers' commitments

By agreeing to post a review on the Site and/or becoming a member of the Saad Al Hashemi community of testers, you agree and warrant that :

• - your notice complies with the present Terms and Conditions of Use and the legal and regulatory provisions in force;
• - you are the sole author of the notice and that you are not impersonating another person and/or using a false e-mail address;
• - that your is your original work and does not infringe the rights of third parties, in particular and without limitation, the intellectual property rights or copyright of third parties;
• - that all published content is accurate and does not harm any person or entity;
• - you are at least 18 years old or you have obtained prior authorization from a legal representative to distribute this notice;
• - your opinion cannot reasonably be considered defamatory, hateful, biased or racially, religiously or otherwise insulting, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or business;
• - that you have not been paid or received compensation by any unapproved third party for publishing this notice;
• - that your notice does not include information referring to other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact details or telephone numbers;
• - that your notice does not contain viruses, worms or other potentially harmful computer programs or files.

4 - Control, publication and moderation of reviews

Saad Al Hashemi or its service provider reserves the right to edit, condense, refuse to post, remove or delete any content on the Site that Saad Al Hashemi deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the notice guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. 

After moderation, reviews are generally published within three to four working days of being submitted by the visitor to the site.

Notices published after moderation will be visible on the Site for a period of 5 years.

At the end of this period, the notices are kept by the Company for a period of 3 years.

Notices may not be modified once they have been submitted by the User.

Notices are displayed on the Site in chronological order.

Testers are solely responsible for the content of their reviews. Saad Al Hashemi is not responsible for reviews and/or review content left by testers.

5 - Notice and Personal Data

By submitting a Review, you agree that Saad Al Hashemi and its third party service providers may use your personal data to contact you regarding your Review or, if you have consented, for marketing purposes.

6 - Intellectual property

For any review you submit, you grant Saad Al Hashemi a royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, transferable license to reproduce, perform, use, copy, modify, delete, adapt, translate, publish, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute, sell, and otherwise exploit and/or incorporate your review, in whole or in part, in any form, media, or technology, including on any partner sites and at Saad Al Hashemi's sole discretion. You are informed that Saad Al Hashemi may translate and publish your review, in whole or in part, on its social networking pages Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter (...) and on any French or foreign version of its website. Such publication may include the name or pseudonym used to publish your review. You are hereby informed that your review may be used in association with the Saad Al Hashemi brand and associated trademarks and logos without any compensation to you.

Saad Al Hashemi informs visitors to the site that the present disclaimer may be modified at any time. These modifications are published online and are deemed to have been accepted without reservation by any visitor accessing the site after they have been posted online. The present disclaimer is governed by French law. The French courts have territorial jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising from the use of the Site.
